730 Project - December 23rd

The Night's Spent At Home
730 Project - 12.23.11. Steff, Cari, and Jeffrey Remick. At home. Potato skins with f'acon, Daiya, Vegenaise, and green onions with a side of warm artichoke dip and blue corn tortilla chips.

There will come a point in your life - if you haven't already reached it - that the best night's of your life will be the one's spent at home, with good food, great people, and incredible conversation.

Tonight was one of those nights.

I hunkered down on my living room floor and spent hours eating delicious, vegan food crafted with an enormous amount of love, while talking about every and anything with two of the love's of my life. It was simple. It was beautiful. And it was just what I needed.

For eats:
- Artichoke dip and blue corn tortilla chips
- Potato skins (with Daiya, Tofurky's "Smoky Maple Bacon Marinated Tempeh", Vegenaise, and a tremendous amount of green onions)
- Chocolate Candy Cane Cake (layers of chocolate cake, chocolate pudding, and candy cane dust)

The night couldn't have been more perfect.

Here's wishing time with your loved ones is just as sweet, fulfilling, and memorable.
